Reservations are made through our website or at the reception of the hotels that work with us. Reservations must be made at least 24 hours before the experience. It is not possible to book an experience less than 24 hours in advance.
Amate Experiences does not issue refunds. However, if for some reason you will not be able to live the experience, it is possible to change the date and reschedule the experience for another day. If you cannot attend, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org at least 48 hours before the day of your reservation. It will not be possible to change the date of your experience less than 48 hours before your reservation. If you want to transfer your reservation to someone else, send an email to email@example.com at least 48 hours before your reservation. Please specify the name of the reservation, name and day of the experience and name and email of the new person. The new reservation must be scheduled within 90 days of the original reservation. After this time, it will no longer be possible to reschedule.
All reservations are subject to availability.
The experiences are carried out with a minimum of 2 people.
All reservations must be made before 4 pm the day before the experience.
Full payment is required to make a reservation.
We do not issue refunds.
In case the client does not show up or does not take part in the experience, it will not be refundable.
In case of cancellation, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org at least 48 hours before your reservation to schedule a new date.
Reservations canceled within less than 48 hrs. cannot be rescheduled.
